ASOS is seeking a highly organized and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in executing our influencer marketing strategy building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of creators and supporting the team in delivering impactful campaigns or events that drive brand awareness engagement and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about the digital landscape a self-starter and has a knack for spotting emerging trends and talent.
The Details
- Assist in the day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns from initial outreach to content delivery.
- Conduct research and identify new and emerging influencers content creators and brand partners who align with ASOSs brand values and target audience.
- Support the creation and management of influencer outreach lists and communication logs.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process for influencer collaborations including gifting product seeding and content briefs.
- Monitor and approve influencer content to ensure it meets campaign guidelines and brand standards.
- Track and report on campaign performance analyzing key metrics such as reach engagement and conversions to provide insights for future initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of influencer events including pop-ups dinners brand trips etc.
- Help manage and track budgets for all influencer and gifting activities
- Maintain a clear understanding of current social media trends platform updates and best practices in the influencer space.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Marketing PR and E-commerce) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Qualifications :
About You
- Proven experience in influencer marketing public relations or a related field preferably within fashion or retail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.) and influencer marketing tools.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign metrics.
- A passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends.
