Job Summary
Project the aim youll have
As a Intern Delivery Manager your aim is to support the Delivery Manager in ensuring projects run smoothly efficiently and in line with client expectations. You will play a crucial role in both project operations and team delivery support helping to coordinate processes monitor progress and contribute to a positive team and client experience.
Position how youll contribute
- Assist the Delivery Manager in day-to-day team and project coordination ensuring smooth execution of processes.
- Support administrative and organizational tasks including onboarding offboarding time tracking purchase orders billing/invoicing reporting
- Help monitor and track budgets resources and project timelines raising risks or dependencies early.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project and team needs
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- English minimum B2
- Basic understanding of IT project management (Agile SDLC project lifecycles).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently take initiative and communicate effectively across teams.
Additional skills the edge you have
Experience in a coordinator PMO junior project manager or administrative/project support role would be a plus
