This role is contributing to IS Consumer Experience in India..
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing governance over timely delivery of change requests including documentation tasks completion in accordance with the defined Change Control Process. Driving operations related governance meetings (Change Advisory Board Service Improvement and others)
- Conducting onboarding sessions for new services and delivering process related ad-hoc training sessions. Managing emergency change requests to ensure business continuity within critical services. Guiding supporting and motivating IS Service and Product owners to implement and follow the established guidelines for changes within IS
- Challenging the existing tool functionalities coordinating and testing ITSM Tool enhancements. Supporting process maturity and automation by leading continuous actions aiming to increase ratio of standard changes
Qualifications for the role- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Service Management area (Change Release Incident) in large enterprises within a global environment
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of the overall context of business and ITIL processes along with IS technologies.
- Advanced verbal and written English language and presentational skills. Excellent facilitation coaching and mediation skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in shifts aligned with either India or Poland time zones.
