JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:

Workday Employee Document Management (EDM):

This team is our newest addition to the Product suite; EDM isessentially anew Workday model albeit built by Kainos. It allows Workday customers to effortlessly create manage store and access all employee documents such as contracts offer letters policies and compensation statementsall within Workday. Join us inoptimizingHR operations and enriching the employee experience.

In your role you will be:

As a Graduate Workday EDM Consultantyoullwork to implement and configure our exciting Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base. You will work closely with team members as well working independently and confidently to manage your own workload.Youllbe able to understand customer requirements designing and delivering solutions that are aligned to their needs.

You must have a keen interest in developing a career in consulting. Within Workday at Kainos the expectation is for our staff to be adaptable and be able to rotate within various Workday teams depending on business needs.

MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:

Currently studying towards or already obtained at least a Level 6 bachelors degree in a relevantdegree

Good customer focus with experience in a customer-facing environment. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships. Able to understand when to escalate issues.

Clear and effective communicator able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy including in a remote working situation.

We all work in teams here in Kainos a proven ability ofstrong teamskills includingtaking direction from others is crucial.

Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.

Consulting skills e.g. presentingparticipatingin workshops explaining functionality or solutions to customers.

Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own workmaintaininghigh qualityaccuracyand attention to detail.

Aware of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements andensures security of information at all times.

Familiarity with exposure to or a demonstrated willingness to learn generative technologies (such as Generative AI tools) to drive innovation streamline processes or deliver impactful results within the role.

Working arrangements:This role is hybrid. Upon joining you will be expected to work in your contracted office for 1 day per week.

Travel expectations:At Kainos we work with a diverse range of clients and some of our projects require travel. If travel were we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum and ensure sufficient notice is provided.

Workday Certification:All graduates willparticipatein a structured training programme which includes Workday Certification where relevant to your role. This training typically spans 2 to 4 full weeks and attendance is mandatory for all training days. Successfully passing your certification is a requirement of the role andyoullreceive full training and support from Kainos throughout the process.
