The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles across the business
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Source screen and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Track activity and work towards clear performance goals
