Ce que nous allons faire ensemble :

Être stagiaire chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées:

  • Supporter léquipe dans la gestion et amélioration de la performance du suivi de ses activités (sujets techniques par exemple): analyses bases de données (répertoires des sujets techniques existants sur la flotte en service) et dapporter une réflexion sur lamélioration/restructuration des outils numériques à disposition : Sharepoint SPOT Power Bi.Établir la liste des principaux problèmes de flotte et participer à la définition des actions de résolution en coopération avec les directions Programme Ingénierie et Achats.
  • Comprendre le fonctionnement du processus de traitement des sujets techniques.
  • Analyse & prise de recul sur la gestion des performances de léquipe.
  • Proposer des améliorations dans les méthodologies de travail actuelles et leurs outils de travail afin dautomatiser certains processus et den accroître la performance globale.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

  • Domaines détude: Finalisation dun BAC5 (Ecole dingénieur et/ou gestion de projet)
  • Compétences techniques recherchées:
    • Connaissances gestion de projet et gestion des performances est un plus.
    • Connaissances dans le domaine aéronautique est un plus.
    • Connaissances en gestion de base de données support informatique et réseaux algorithme serait un avantage.
    • Connaissances dans les outils numériques : Power BI excel/vba.
    • Maîtrise du pack MS Office

  • Savoir être recherchés:
    • Bon esprit déquipe et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
    • Bon sens de lorganisation et compétences en coordination
    • Autonomie & curieux
    • Bonnes compétences en communication
    • Méthodologie et outils de résolution de problèmes
    • Bonne capacité dadaptation et créativité

  • Langues nécessaires
    • Anglais & Français (litalien est un plus)

Calendrier

Démarrage 06/04/2026 (modulable selon pré-requis calendrier école)

Durée 6 mois (maximum légal 6 mois)

Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!

Detailed description of the mission

  • To support the team in the management & enhancement of its performances (technical subject follow-up): data analysis (knowledge database of all existing technical subjects on the fleet) and improve/rework the IT tools that we use : Sharepoint SPOT Power BI.
  • Understand the process to follow and resolve technical subjects.
  • Analyze & draw an overview of the teams performances.
  • Propose improvements on the current working process and their IT working tools to automatize some processes and to increase global performance.
  • Coordinate the contributions of the Engineering Quality Program and Procurement directorates to ensure an efficient deployment of technical support actions towards ATR operators.

This internship is designed for you

  • Diploma and school: Finalizing a Masters Degree (in Engineering and/or project management).
  • Hard skills needed:
    • Knowledge in project & performance management is a plus.
    • Knowledge in aeronautical engineering is a plus.
    • Knowledge in database management IT support and network algorithms & coding is a real advantage.
    • Experience or knowledge in numerical tools such as Power BI excel (vba) & Sharepoint.
    • Good skills in the usage of MS Office package.

  • Soft skills needed:
    • Good team player and able to work independently
    • Good sense of organization and coordination skills
    • Autonomous & curious
    • Good communication skills
    • Good problem solving method and tools
    • Good flexibility & creativity

  • Language needed:
    • English & French (Italian is a plus)

Calendar

Starting date: 6th April 2026 (could be adapted depending on schools calendar requirements)

Duration: 6 months
