Associate Full Developer

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Full Developer to join our development this role you will contribute to the design development testing and maintenance of web applications across the full technology stack including front-end interfaces business logic and database layers using platform and related technologies.

What Youll Do:

• Develop test and maintain web applications using C# .NET HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript SQL and other modern tools and frameworks.
• Participate actively in code reviews offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Collaborate with senior developers product managers designers and clients to gather requirements and deliver secure scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues in existing applications; provide ongoing technical support.
• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement automated tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies frameworks and industry trends; share insights and learnings with the team.
• Gain a deep understanding of our software products including their value proposition and business impact for customers.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Uphold and promote our core values and contribute positively to our team culture.

What Youll Need:

• 13 years of experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications (preferred).
• Diploma or associate degree in Computer Science Software Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to learn from feedback and take direction from senior team members.
• Basic understanding of web security principles (e.g. can explain XSRF and SQL injection).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

This position will be hybrid 3x a week in our Oakville ON office.
