P2-C3-TSTS9AM - 5 PM ESTWe are seeking a Gen AI Developer plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced AI-driven solutions that leverage generative models to solve complex business challenges. This role focuses on creating intelligent applications that enhance automation decision-making and user experiences across enterprise systems. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. The position is critical for driving innovation and enabling the organization to harness the full potential of generative AI technologies in real-world with product owners architects and business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Design develop and deploy generative AI models and frameworks for enterprise applications. Integrate AI components into existing systems and ensure seamless interaction with other services. Conduct research and experimentation to evaluate new AI techniques and frameworks for potential adoption. Optimize AI models for performance scalability and cost-efficiency in production environments. Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions ensuring reliability and compliance with security standards. Document solution architecture workflows and operational guidelines for internal teams. Participate in agile ceremonies provide technical insights and contribute to continuous improvement AI Frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain) Python Programming Prompt Engineering Machine Learning & Deep Learning Model Deployment (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic Frameworks Azure AI Services .
