Softchoice AI Solutions Group is seeking an AI Program Consultant to expand our AI Consulting team.
The AI Program Consultant is a critical role within the AI Solutions organization to help drive our go to market strategy spearhead the creation and execution of innovative solutions and support the growth and evolution of AI Solutions go to market. This diverse role spans multiple areas including solution development AI consulting solution implementation and enhancing customer satisfaction. It necessitates a comprehensive approach that combines technical innovation market analysis and customer-focused strategies.
What youll do:
Solution Development
- Collaborate with AI Solutions Delivery Manager(s) Product Manager(s) the Portfolio Marketing team and subject matter experts to create improve and implement product solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to ensure solutions are aligned to customer needs and market trends for AI Consulting.
- Manage projects for solution development ensuring cross-functional contributors are adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Serve as lead consultant for incorporating adoption and change management business consulting and training into other products and practices within our services organization.
- Maintain team repository of all current best-in-class solution content.
Pre-Sales and Sales Support
- Support sales and pre-sales enablement of all AI Consulting solutions and offers.
- Coach and mentor sales and pre-sales on comprehension of specifications objectives and outcomes of all AI Consulting solutions and offers.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to develop engaging content to support sales and pre-sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations technical documents and other enablement materials.
- Provide support during sales and pre-sales customer meetings.
- Assist with RFP responses.
- Serve as liaison between delivery product manager(s) and sales to ensure consistent messaging.
- Oversight and quality assurance of SOW reviews quote reviews and customer-facing documentation.
Operational and Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align AI Consulting strategy with broader organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities and enable delivery resources to improve delivery models tools and methodologies for AI Consulting projects.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers acting as a trusted advisor for their Workplace AI needs.
- Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and deliver compelling value propositions.
- Voice of Customer: Service as a bridge between customers and the Product Group. Collect and assess customer feedback to guide solution improvements and new offer development. Provide actionable insights to the product and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing and serve as the primary contact for developing case studies and customer success stories for AI Consulting. This requires regular collaboration with AI Consulting Team Product Manager(s) Copilot Evangelists and Portfolio Marketing to gain a thorough understanding of common customer challenges personas and use cases.
Delivery Support
- Coach and mentor the team of Workplace AI individual contributors including principal and change management consultants learning specialists and technical consultants in the areas of methodology best practices and tools.
- In collaboration with Principal Consultants support successful project delivery by serving as subject matter expert for larger complex engagements as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
What youll bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in organizational leadership HR Management Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of experience in product management technology consulting professional services or related roles with at least 3 years in a customer-facing role.
- Expertise in AI especially Microsoft 365 Copilot or business management/change management including hands-on experience with AI solutions and/or technology-related change management.
- Proficient technical and practical skills in Microsoft Modern Workplace Business Apps technologies and/or AI solutions.
- Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
