Job Summary

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide design services for underground water and wastewater infrastructure projects including open-cut trenchless and rehabilitation projects.

• Support project managers and manage and assist the project design team with delivering projects (Environmental Assessment Reports Studies and Detailed Design) to meet client requirements.

• Complete multiple simultaneous projects for a variety of clients.

• Train and mentor junior team members. Lead by example to promote a high-performance team culture.

• Assist in Business Development and Proposal Preparation

• Provide design support to Contract Administrators and Site Inspectors during construction phase.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in engineering.

• A Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario () is required and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in water and wastewater design of linear infrastructure (not greenfield).

• Experience designing vertical infrastructure such as pump stations is an asset. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
