Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Maintenance Controller in Chamblee GA to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space throughcutting-edgetechnology and innovative product and service offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

As a Maintenance Controller you are responsible for ensuring that aircraft within the Wheels Up Private Jets operated fleet are maintained in compliance with all regulatory requirements. You are responsible for monitoring aircraft initiating and overseeing maintenance events to ensure aircraft are returned to service in a timely and effective an executive capacity the Maintenance Controller supervises the maintenance and/or alteration of Wheels Up Private Jets operated aircraft. As the delegate of the aircraft certificate holders Director of Maintenance (DOM) you will execute certain designated functions of the DOMs office. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies as outlined in the WUPJ operating manual.

• Ensure all out-of-service for maintenanceaircraftare repairedin a timely manner.
• Assign maintenance personnel including vendorsinthe correct performance of aircraft repairs and overseeing repair efforts as well as maintaining communication on repair status.
• Create work packages for scheduled unscheduled and Line Maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors to plan execute oversee and document maintenance events.
• Ensure all departments affected by a groundedaircraftare aware of the status of theaircraft.
• Reviewaircraftrecords and tracking to ensure compliance with maintenance programs.
• Work harmoniously with Maintenance Leadership Flight Operations maintenance vendors and all operational entities and personnel.
• Ensure proper documentation of the work performed onaircraftprior to approval of theaircraftfor return-to-service.
• Ensure requiredaircraftparts are obtained and shippedin a timely manner.

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements

Were looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience skills and passion for what we do:

• Valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificate required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Part 121 135/91
• Experience working with one or some of the following corporate type aircraft: Cessna Citation series jets: Citation X Beechcraft King Air series turboprops Challenger 350 Phenom 300 Gulfstream G4 Dassault Falcon in a Part 135 or Part 145 environment

Salary Range & Benefits

At Wheels Up we believe in fair compensation based on experience skills and qualifications. Thecompensationfor this role ranges from$84000/Yr.to $105000/Yr. depending on a variety of factors. Wedonttypically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program which rewards individual and organizational performance.
