What Youll Do:

As our Sales Representative youll act as the link between property owners and investorshelping both sides secure win-win deals while sharpening your sales expertise.

• Negotiating property terms and prices with confidence.
• Building lasting client relationships built on trust.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Tracking daily KPIs to measure and maximize performance.
• Collaborating with a results-driven team.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Strong phone communication skills
• A positive self-motivated mindset
• The drive to succeed in a competitive environment

Pay Structure:

• 12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
• After training base pay changes to $14.70 per hour against commission
• Our top reps earn around $5000-$12000 in commissions a month
• Well review the commission structure in full during your interview
