As a Modem Firmware DevOps Engineer youll be at the center of our embedded cellular physical layer firmware effort working within the Advanced Technologies Group responsible for crafting and productizing powerful cellular develop automation systems integrate LLM capabilities into enterprise workflows and create modern CI/CD pipelines that accelerate firmware development. This role requires expertise in both traditional DevOps practices and emerging technologies with opportunities to explore how large language models can enhance embedded systems development youre passionate about cellular technology and want to shape the future of development processes that impact wireless systems reaching millions of customers worldwide this role offers cutting-edge technical challenges at the intersection of DevOps and modern automation.
BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
Proficiency in Python for automation API development and integration work.
Familiarity with developing REST APIs and microservices architectures.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) platforms.
MS in Computer Science Electrical or Computer engineering.
Hands-on experience with Git and modern CI/CD platforms (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions).
Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern test generation approaches.
Knowledge of monitoring and visualization tools with analytics capabilities.
Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform).
Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM workflow optimization.
