This position is in Cargills food and bioindustrialbusiness where manufacturers retailers and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.

Shift Available: Rotating
Compensation: $26.50/hr; plus shift differential

Principal Accountabilities:
Direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running the production line
Make process changes to the filler labeler as necessary
Frequently trains or assists other operators on the equipment
Help replenish raw materials such as a labels caps etc.
Ensures records are maintained and completed according to company and regulatory policies. Perform operator care on the line
Participate in training communicate and follow up on what is needed for the production line to succeed
Previous production line experience and understanding troubleshooting process is preferred for this position
Perform oil sampling testing
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assign

Required Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
Be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50 lbs kneeling climbing crawling and twisting safely with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Basic computer skills
Ability to work overtime including weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice
Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feets and above)

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in production related work
