At Verisure (Securitas Direct) we are looking to hire a Backend Developer to join our Technology department. We seek talented motivated individuals eager to contribute to the development of secure scalable and high-performance backend services that power our internal and external solutions.

What Youll Do

• Design and develop high-quality backend services and APIs.
• Contribute to scalable architectures and solutions integrated with other internal systems.
• Participate in the full development cycle: from technical analysis to delivery and maintenance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
• Apply best practices in development security and DevOps.

What Were Looking For

You are a backend developer with solid experience in Java and microservices architecture. You understand how backend systems support real-world operational processes. You have a DevOps mindset and thrive in collaborative multicultural environments.

• Over 3 years of experience as a backend developer.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs relational and non-relational databases (SQL MongoDB).
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and event-driven architectures.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• DevOps mindset and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
