Join Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) and lead strategic procurement initiatives that drive value innovation and sustainability across our Corporate Services Marketing IT and Utilities categories.
About the Role:
As Procurement Manager Corporate you will play a pivotal leadership role in developing and executing procurement-led strategies that align with SDAs business objectives. Youll be a trusted commercial partner delivering market-leading solutions and driving continuous improvement across procurement functions across Corporate Services Marketing IT and Utilities categories.
This role requires a strong strategic mindset stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement category plans that support SDAs goals including spend analysis risk mitigation supplier selection and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert commercial advice to internal stakeholders enabling informed decision-making.
- Supplier Management: Lead RFPs negotiate complex contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and value delivery.
- Sustainability & Risk: Ensure procurement practices meet environmental commercial and operational objectives while minimizing risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Enablement function to streamline procurement processes and implement best-in-class systems.

- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Reducing commercial risk and enhancing SDAs reputation for procurement excellence.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement ideally with exposure to a complex large-scale organization.
Expertise:
- Strategic sourcing and procurement methodology
- Contract and supplier management
- Commodity risk and energy market understanding
- Proficiency in SAP ARIBA Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex agreements
- Experience in presenting to Senior Stakeholders
