TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist in North Houston (77032)!

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person Office Environment

SCHEDULE: Full-Time (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM)

PAY RATE:$20.00 per hour

SUMMARY:TMD Staffing is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist the clients Sales Team with order processing customer communication and administrative support. This position ensures smooth operations from order entry to fulfillment no selling required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently
Verify product availability and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
Prepare and send quotes order confirmations and documentation to customers and sales representatives
Maintain and update customer accounts quotes and order records
Provide prompt professional customer service and phone support (answer calls within two to three rings)
Support multiple sales representatives with administrative and order-related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of experience in customer service order processing or inside sales support
Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Detail-oriented self-motivated and dependable
Packaging industry knowledge preferred
High school diploma or GED required
