TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Inside Sales Support Specialist in the 77032 North side of Houston!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inside sales order processing
- Account management
- Once an order is received the order must be confirmed to the customer and sales representatives
- All orders must be processed promptly
- Answer all incoming phone calls within two-three rings
- Must be able to support three or more outside sales representatives
- Research products
- Prepare quotes for customers and sales representatives
- Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested
- Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/inside sales
- The ability to accurately read various types of documents necessary to do the job
- The ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- The ability to effectively communicate with other employees and supervisors.
- Self-starter to stay busy
- Take direction and work closely with supervisors to develop positive relationships.
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications primarily Microsoft Office Products and Outlook
- Packaging knowledge preferred
- Hight School diploma or GED
PAY$20/hour
SCHEDULE
8am-5pm Monday-Friday
