This position includes case management and push-in services providing a well-rounded opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students academic and personal growth with the full support of a collaborative mission-driven team.

What Youll Do

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

• Develop implement and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Deliver both self-contained and push-in instruction across settings.

• Collaborate closely with families teachers and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

• Valid NH Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
