The Data Analyst & Learning Specialist is a dual-function role that delivers strategic business insights through advanced data analysis while designing and implementing training programs that ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This position supports executive decision-making by translating business needs into technical solutions and uncovering actionable insights. Simultaneously it enhances employee capabilities by developing CMS-aligned training for Membership department representatives maintaining policy accuracy and driving continuous improvement through data-informed learning strategies.GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze and summarize data trends to support and inform strategic roadmap and initiatives
2. Develop ongoing reports and present key data insights by partnering with stakeholders across all departments to support cross-functional decision-making and strategic initiatives
3. Collaborate with key business leaders to understand business problems and generate solutions
4. Build end-to-end data analytics solutions and models; utilize excel the Microsoft suite and other visualization software platforms to manage project and task-based work
5. Develop presentations and dashboards based on findings from analysis
6. Aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations ability to synthesize ambiguous data into concrete results
7. Maintains ownership over day-to-day reporting and models including pulling data from various sources synthesizing actionable business insights and presenting findings
8. Spearhead special projects structure the work manage the process drive the right set of analyses and present the answer to senior executives through a compelling storyline.
9. Collaborate closely with Enrollment Operations Compliance and QA teams to align training content with policy updates CMS guidelines and system enhancements
10. Develop maintain and update training materials including enrollment guides job aids onboarding curricula assessments skill checklists and refresher modules.
11. Assess training progress through call reviews case evaluations assessments and structured feedback loops

Job Requirements:
Experience:
Required: 35 years of experience in Medicare Advantage enrollment training or -depth knowledge of CMS Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment rules and guidelines (including Chapter 2 and MARx processing)
Preferred: Experience with cleaning aggregating and pre-processing data from varied sources. Experience with data visualization and presentation turning complex analysis into insights
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Management Information Systems Business Administration or four years additional experience in lieu of education.

Pay Range: $70823.00 - $106234.00Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location education responsibilities experience etc.
