Established in 2010 Airbus International Services has been supporting Airbus Helicopters Airbus Commercial Airbus Defence & Space ATR and Satair with high quality services delivered by experienced and highly skilled professionals deployed worldwide (50 countries).

AIS has three business lines dedicated to supporting our groupwide customers:

Helicopter Technical Operations supporting Airbus Helicopters;
Aircrew Assistance supporting Airbus Helicopters and ATR;
Airplane Operations supporting Airbus Commercial Airbus Defence and Space ATR Satair;

AISs Technical Support activity offers versatile and innovative solutions to our customers regulatory and business needs. Our strong customer-focused ethic coupled with our reactivity and flexibility will help our customers excel.

Our services are provided exclusively to Airbus Group entities and affiliates.

We are looking for a Field Representative Service to join the AIS Airplane Business Line. During that mission the selected candidate will work in cooperation with the ATR team and AIS.

The mission will be located in Kuwait.

Roles and responsibilities:

Perform ground instruction on AH helicopters: initial type rating difference course proficiency checks emergency procedures human factor maintenance course etc.

Prepare simulator missions sessions (briefings pedagogical tools)

Conduct flight training sessions on helicopters he is rated on (H225M) initial type rating difference course proficiency checks emergency procedures maturing sessions NVG human factor dedicated missions etc

Conduct post maintenance flights when requested and in accordance with AH FLM Debrief on trainings using AH operators supports

Grade trainees performance and presentation for test/check

Fill trainees folder in accordance with AHs policy and authority regulations Support and assist trainees with difficulties reporting to AHIS/AH subsidiary head of training Remain current trained and updated on AH helicopters procedures.

Assist customer in preparing operational documentation including but not limited to: SOPs recurrent and safety training manuals MEL and all documentations required by customer.

Experience /Education:

EASA TRI/TRE license and authorization

Rated and current on H225 / AS 332

The ability to deliver training in English (at least level 4 English proficiency ICAO) Trained and standardized pedagogical training and tools by AH group and subsidiaries Approval from AH-ESTP training center Head of Training and ETX Chief test pilot Demonstrated excellent teaching skills with trainees pilots

Willing to have a flexible work planning (including week end late slots) based on helicopters availability and customer requests

Able to relocate close to customer main base during mission (Kuwait).
