- Perform onsite inspections for fire water mold sewage and biohazard losses
- Accurately assess damages and determine scope of work required
- Create detailed professional estimates using Xactimate (preferred)
- Engage directly with customers insurance adjusters and project managers
- Negotiate and secure approvals on estimates from carriers and clients
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and project clarity
- Coordinate job starts and schedule production teams once projects are secured
- Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the process
- Strong communication and customer service skillsyou enjoy helping people
- Experience in disaster restoration construction estimating or insurance restoration preferred
- Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating platforms
- Ability to multi-task and manage several active projects at once
- Professional appearance positive attitude and strong organizational skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Competitive base salary commission (earning potential around $90000/year)
