SERVPRO Field Estimator Disaster Restoration Division (Full-Time On-Site)

Location: Allentown Lehighton Scranton

Total Compensation: Approx. $90000 annually (Base Commission)

Were growing fast and are looking for a motivated people-focused Field Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Field Estimator plays a key role in the customer experiencefrom the first inspection to the final handshake. This individual will be responsible for conducting onsite inspections writing accurate and timely estimates and coordinating with both customers and insurance professionals to ensure smooth project execution.

Youll work closely with our production staff to schedule and oversee restoration jobs once approved helping ensure that every project runs efficiently and every customer feels taken care of.

What Youll Do

Perform onsite inspections for fire water mold sewage and biohazard losses
Accurately assess damages and determine scope of work required
Create detailed professional estimates using Xactimate (preferred)
Engage directly with customers insurance adjusters and project managers
Negotiate and secure approvals on estimates from carriers and clients
Follow up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and project clarity
Coordinate job starts and schedule production teams once projects are secured
Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the process

What Were Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skillsyou enjoy helping people
Experience in disaster restoration construction estimating or insurance restoration preferred
Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating platforms
Ability to multi-task and manage several active projects at once
Professional appearance positive attitude and strong organizational skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
