Cartrack is a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2 million subscribers across 24 countries. Were expanding fast in the Philippines and on the lookout for high-energy results-driven Dealership Manager to lead and drive the growth of our business. This role involves overseeing key sales initiatives managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring operational excellence to support the expansion of Cartrack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key sales functions and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Generate accurate and timely performance reports for both management and team analysis.
- Develop and implement a strategic dealership sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Align dealership sales initiatives with overall business objectives to boost market share in Philippines.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven sales culture. Ensure consistent team performance through regular coaching performance evaluations and training.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding staff toward achieving departmental KPIs.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by presenting Cartracks products and solutions effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments and create customized pricing and deal structures.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a dealership sales environment with a high preference for experience in the automotive sales dealership (Autoparts Car Accessories Tires Lubricants) to business-to-business clients.
- Leadership: Extensive experience in team leadership with strong high-level leadership skills.
- Skills: Strong abilities in communication negotiation analysis and interpersonal relations.
- Language: A strong command of the English language is required.
- Other: A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business or sales is often required.
