Job Description

Are you a creative and enthusiastic Art ECT ready to inspire the next generation of artists and designers

A vibrant and high-performing secondary school in Buckingham is seeking a talented Art ECT to join its thriving Creative Arts Faculty from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent role perfect for an early career teacher looking to develop in a nurturing and innovative school environment.

The Role
You will teach Art & Design across Key Stages 35 delivering lessons that encourage self-expression creative thinking and technical skill. The school offers a stimulating art curriculum that embraces both traditional and digital media including painting sculpture photography and graphic design. As part of your ECT induction youll receive one-to-one mentorship regular observations and dedicated time for reflection and professional growth.

Youll also have opportunities to run art clubs workshops and exhibitions showcasing student creativity within the school and local community. The department values experimentation and celebrates creativity in all its forms making it an exciting place for a new teacher to grow.

What Were Looking For
