Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across Jakartas residential and commercial project markets.
- Build and manage relationships with architects interior designers developers and contractors.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities including retail and distribution channels.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations quotations and project proposals.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the local market competition and pricing trends.
- Collaborate closely with the Bali HQ on order management logistics and project support.
- Represent Ahti Interiors at trade shows exhibitions and networking events.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Architecture Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales ideally within sanitary ware tiles lighting or interior finishes.
- Proven track record in project sales or B2B business development.
- Strong network in Jakartas architecture design and real estate community is a major plus.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
- Self-motivated organized and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
