Tasks
1. Sales & Pipeline Management
- Own the full sales cycle for new markets: prospecting outreach qualification negotiation closing. On the market research and outreach side you work with the support of Atmens SDR & growth team.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with clear ARR targets.
- Forecast and report revenue progress accurately.
2. Market Development (Starting with Biomethane)
- Identify and prioritise high-value customer segments and accounts.
- Understand regulatory and market dynamics tailoring our value proposition to local realities.
- Build early partner and ecosystem relationships where needed to unlock deals and scale entry.
3. Customer Engagement & Growth
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships across the full lifecycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer feeding insights back to Product Marketing and Leadership.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
4. Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure customers experience maximum value.
- Share customer learnings and market intelligence internally to refine strategy and campaigns.
- Support campaign design and messaging to attract and convert target customers in emerging markets.
Requirements
Were looking for a sharp ambitious commercial leader who thrives in fast-evolving markets and can combine strategic thinking with strong sales execution.
You may be a fit if you bring:
- 4 years of experience in B2B sales business development or go-to-market roles ideally in SaaS energy or regulated industries.
- A proven track record of closing deals and growing ARR.
- Confidence leading conversations with C-level and technical stakeholders.
- A strong ability to grasp market and regulatory frameworks and turn them into commercial opportunities.
- Curiosity empathy and resilience to build relationships in complex industrial contexts.
- Excellent written and spoken English (German French or Spanish are a plus).
- A genuine interest in decarbonisation green certification and industrial innovation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in RegTech compliance or certification software.
- Exposure to biomethane hydrogen or renewable fuels markets.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:
- Availability: Full-Time
- Valid working permit in EU
- Fluency in English - German French or Spanish are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and to regularly work in our office in Munich Germany.
