Overview
We are seeking a proven healthcare leader to launch and scale a new ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company. This role is for someone who has built or significantly grown a healthcare services organization and is ready to take ownership of building a new ventureeither from scratch or through acquisition.
This venture is backed by experienced healthcare professionals who provide strong operational and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy licensing credentialing and day-to-day operations.
Build and manage the leadership team.
Oversee expansion into new markets and states.
Drive growth operational excellence and financial performance.
Execute on launch or acquisition integration with guidance from healthcare-backed partners.
Qualifications
Healthcare leadership background required including options such as nursing home administrator home care leadership ABA leadership or broader healthcare operations.
Proven track record of success in growing or scaling a healthcare organization.
Strong operational execution skills able to build systems workflows and processes from the ground up.
Entrepreneurial resourceful confident and capable of taking ownership.
Polished leadership presence with the ability to impress and motivate.
