Job Description

We are looking for a

Credit Analyst


As a Credit Analyst you will play a key role in conducting financial analyses and providing in-depth credit assessments that drive sustainable growth. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risk support strategic lending and contribute to ESG and green finance initiatives. This is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a dynamic values-driven environment where your insights will directly impact and support strategic lending decisions.

Key responsibilities

Review and process customers financial data with accuracy and attention to detail
Analyse creditworthiness using key financial ratios industry peer comparison and market trends
Evaluate customers credit history
Prepare clear concise and well-structured credit analysis reports for internal stakeholders
Monitor covenant compliance and review external real estate valuations
Perform industry-specific reviews
Collaborate closely with Sales and Risk Management teams to support credit decisions
Conduct ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) analyses based on industry
Contribute to the assessment of Green and Sustainability-linked loan applications.

About you

At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a related financial field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
High attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Fluent in Latvian and English both written and spoken
Higher education in Finance Economics or related discipline.
