ABOUT THE ROLE
Your main focus is to serve the best quality burgers and fries to our customers and to do it with a big smile! URBAN is known for amazing food amazing customer service and amazing cleanliness and your role is to work with your team to achieve these three goals every day.
Our company culture is all about teamwork - we help each other out we arent afraid to roll our sleeves up and we work smart as a team to ensure a seamless stress-free service every day.

TRAINING
We provide thorough on-sitetraining given to you by experienced members of our team. As you progress through your development you can also increase your hourly rate with our new Learn to Earn scheme which rewards ambition and dedication to self-development.
Previous experience in hospitality and kitchens is preferred but it isnt a deal-breaker. Were here to show you the ropes.
