We are looking for someone to join our Tenancy team as Housing Officer on a permanent basis. The role of a Housing Officer can be highly rewarding when youre able to find a satisfactory solution to our customers problems. Although demanding on a number of levels its also a varied role that will keep you stimulated. Furthermore as youll be working through many cases from start to finish youll feel a great deal of job satisfaction when you achieve a positive outcome.
The varied and demanding aspect of being a Housing Officer can also be a major and stressful challenge. You could find yourself juggling a number of tasks while having to deal directly with upset and angry individuals so its certainly not a job for the faint hearted. If you love helping people are well organised like a challenge and have a cool head then you should excel as a Housing Officer.
