Salary: OTE 40000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Are you an articulate energetic and highly driven Senior Sales Negotiator
Our client a well-established and successful independent Estate Agency in Earley Reading is looking for a confident and experienced sales professional to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone ready to make an impact win new instructions and help push the branch toward greater success.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and converting market appraisals
- Winning new sales instructions
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Supporting the branch to meet and exceed performance targets
- Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Assisting with business growth and maintaining client retention
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Proven ability to win new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident target-driven and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of the Earley / Reading area preferred
- Full UK driving licence essential
