Title: Customer Service and Operations Consultant
Location: Remote (preferred: South Africa)
Hours: Trading hours are 9am - 5pm CT Suggested working hours 12pm - 8pm CT
Salary Range: $1000 - $1400 per month (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Customer Service and Operations Consultant to support our team. This role combines front-line customer service with operational support responsibilities requiring strong communication problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be adaptable culturally proficient in English and capable of handling diverse responsibilities to ensure both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely efficient and professional customer service through email chat phone and other communication channels.
- Resolve inquiries with autonomy and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support operational tasks including order entry shipping labels and logistics coordination reporting and administrative coordination.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated efficiency and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service operations or administrative support preferred.
- Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace Slack CRMs).
- Ability to adapt and handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting international teams or clients.
- Background in both customer service and operations.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
