Position : Appointment Setter / Sales Representative
Working Schedule : Mon 11-5 EST Tues - Thus 10-8 EST Fri 9-2 EST Sat Flexible Hours as Needed/Chosen
Salary Range : $1500 -1800 USD Monthly
- Commission (2 contracts required per month)
- 13 contracts: $150 per contract
- 45 contracts: $200 per contract
- 6 contracts: $250 per contract
(the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Sales Representative to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and setting up appointments for our senior sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills a proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities. Utilize various channels including cold calling email campaigns social media and professional networking to build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers. Effectively manage and maintain a calendar of appointments to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Client Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospects needs challenges and goals. Accurately qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile (ICP) and are a good fit for our products/services.
- Sales Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot). Assist the sales team with follow-up tasks and provide support as needed to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics including calls made appointments set and conversion rates. Provide regular updates to management on progress and pipeline health.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3 years of proven experience in sales and similar roles such as an Appointment Setter Sales Development Representative (SDR) or inside sales representative.
- Experience in tracking and logging numbers or data in the system
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask effective qualifying questions.
- High degree of self-motivation resilience and a hunter mentality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho).
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools is a plus
