Job Summary
Position : Sales Operations Associate
Working Schedule : 9am-6pm EST
Salary Range :$1300-$1700 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our team. The Sales Operations Associate (SOA) plays a critical role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring seamless support of senior sales talent. Blend of administrative and analytical work. Obsessed with high-quality communications and deadline management.
This role is for detail-oriented 3-5 year experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced
environments.
Responsibilities
Bidding
- Manage bid process from Zoho CRM entry budget creation and desk research.
- Present organized deliverables to the senior sales support according to their preferences.
- Being well-versed on historical work commonalities through our legacy database in Microsoft 365 suite.
- Vendor bid management over email.
CRM Management
- Keeping consistent daily records in CRM for bids.
- Aid in sales call follow up record keeping.
- Aiding in sales order process execution.
Sales Support
- Aid Sales in staying on task for client commitment in the macro sales process.
- Become a trusted resource on company sales collateral content.
- Take ownership of material accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the same role
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and process ownership
- Analytical proficient in data-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Skilled with written and oral communication
- Quick learner with technical tools (CRM DIY Survey Platforms)
- Team-oriented responsive and reliable
- Available for full-time US East Coast hours Monday-Friday.
