We are looking for a dynamic maintenance expert that will support the critical aspects of the maintenance department to ensure the continuous and ongoing operations of the plant.

As a Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for coaching and developing maintenance technicians to provide a safe and reliable starch manufacturing environment. This position is instrumental in driving the Companys maintenance strategy to provide business results and satisfy customer needs.

What you will do:

• Accepting responsibility for the safe completion of all work completed under direct supervision and conducting routine safety walks and inspections of the site.

• Taking ownership of the equipment in the unit and across the plant to ensure continuous and reliable operation responding to all unplanned maintenance needs and providing technical expertise to troubleshoot plant issues.

• Providing leadership to drive innovation and improvements as the organization transitions from a reactive maintenance environment to proactive.

• Scheduling maintenance plan and staff to optimize service and minimize costs as well as coordination of overtime hours for work completion.

• Contribute to spare parts management.

• Strive to quickly resolve day to day maintenance issues while balancing projects and prioritizing work between multiple departments.

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Engineering Technology or equivalent technical degree and a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience including 3 years supervisory experience.

• Practical understanding of predictive maintenance tools/techniques precision maintenance skills and experience in a multi-craft environment is a plus.

Pay Range:

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
