THE ROLE
The Facility Maintenance Technician will support the facility maintenance and daily operation to the fulfillment center. This position will perform preventative maintenance and inspections of the facility and equipment. The Facility Maintenance Technician must be self-directed and self-motivated with desire to understand and learn all facets of the job and must be trustworthy and accountable for all actions.
SCHEDULE
Sunday-Thursday 4am-12:30pm(Must be available and flexible to respond to facility needs outside of regular business hours including being on call when required)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced diagnostics (480V PLCs HVAC pneumatics)
- Lead compliance inspections and root cause analysis
- Mentor Tech I/II and support onboarding
- Support capital projects and vendor coordination
REQUIREMENTS
- 47 years maintenance in automated DCs
- Proficiency with PLCs VFDs motor controllers
- Knowledge of OSHA 1910 NFPA 70E GMP/FSMA compliance
- Leadership and mentorship experience

- Resolves 80% of high-level breakdowns internally
- Reduces PM backlog by 2530%
- Supports uptime target of 97%
JOB INFORMATION
- Compensation Description - The starting pay range for this position is between $30.00 - $34.00 depending on experience.
- Salary may increase over time based upon: skill level of responsibility additional duties seniority quantity or quality of production or other legitimate business-related factors.
