Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The candidate will have the ability to work with a customer team at customer sites to conduct investigations gather and analyze data understand root causes of process errors and develop and implement process control solutions to reduce killer defects and improve yield.
- Engaging with customers in defining problem statements resolving customer issues generating best-known method (BKM) documents and creating other training materials.
- Projects related to new product introduction: definition characterization alpha testing beta testing and customer use case development.
- Responsible for various pre- and post-sales application support activities.
- Learning new tasks and adapting to change establishing priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualification
- Semiconductor Process Control or Applications Experience -- The candidate should have experience in semiconductor process control or applications.
- Familiarity with Chip Manufacturing Process -- The candidate should be familiar with the chip manufacturing process metrology-related errors and solutions.
- Knowledge of KLA Process Control Software -- The candidate should have basic knowledge of KLA process control software including Klarity Defect Klarity ACE etc.
- Self-Driven and Team Player -- The candidate must be self-driven yet a strong team player.
- Communication Skills -- The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as organizational analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Fab Working Experience -- Fab or related field working experience is strongly preferred.
- Software Development and Python Scripting Skills -- Software development and Python scripting skills are a plus.
- Travel Requirements -- Travel to international customer sites is required.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Level Degree and 1 years related work experience; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
