What You Will Do

  • Design and implement strategic initiatives that drive significant financial results through optimized product and device introduction inventory management and supply chain transformation
  • Develop and analyze comprehensive business cases for new device introduction strategies and supply models that enhance operational efficiency
  • Create and deliver compelling narratives focusing on strategic product and device management and field operations optimization that inspire executive leadership support and action
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships across the TELUS ecosystem including product marketing supply chain operations and customer solutions delivery
  • Lead innovative national projects that enhance our service delivery excellence through improved device deployment and field technician enablement programs
  • Identify and execute opportunities for operational innovation in device procurement testing and distribution processes
  • Develop and track performance frameworks and KPIs to measure the success of device-related initiatives and procurement strategies
