Position Details:
The School Based Clinician II is a licensed mental health professional who provides evidence-based services in high-need K12 schools including prevention-focused mental health skill building individual and small group treatment educator consultation and workshops for caregivers and educators. Working in close collaboration with school partners the Clinician II meaningfully contributes in promoting student well-being and supporting the integration of sustainable mental health practices within the school addition the Clinician II may oversee and mentor pre-licensure clinicians or interns contributing to their professional development and adherence to clinical best practices.
Reporting to the Director of School-based Services this is a full time exempt and hybrid position ( 4 days in schools 1 day remote).

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidates work experience education/training job-related skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this addition this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
