Your technical abilities are strong and you have a history of architecting programming and maintaining mobile and web applications. You can communicate clearly with business leaders and technical practitioners alike to ensure the on-time delivery of complex and innovative projects with the highest technical quality standards while working with a global team to design and build smart creative and effective digital solutions including mobile apps intranets responsive websites APIs and other innovative digital products.

Our Technical Architect is an integral part of our growing Engineering team working across a wide range of clients and projects participating in selling technical vision to new and existing clients as well as helping bring that vision to life through implementation.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with design & product to craft great digital product experiences
Gather requirements and design technical solutions that solve our clients business challenges
Define architectural solutions and create detailed specifications
Work with product managers and team leads to plan and estimate work and organize sprints
Span the full development lifecycle - Design implement test deploy and maintain applications
Create web applications following best practices of accessibility internationalization and automation
Maintain hands-on involvement in coding and engineering tasks as needed. Lead code reviews
Work cooperatively with Modus project and account managers designers and engineers
Communicate with other team members project leads and our clients as required
Other duties related to the position that may arise from time to time and as may be required
Qualifications:
6-10 years of architecting developing and maintaining web applications APIs and content-managed sites
Deep knowledge of databases API development and best practices to ensure performance
Deep experience in one major tech stack that is popular across the web
Proven hands-on coding experience is a must
Experience with content-managed systems is a must
Experience with modern testing methodologies (TDD)
Understanding of AWS and cloud-based architectures in general
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - internal and external stakeholders
Real-world experience with cross-browser cross-platform and design constraints on the web
Very experienced in developing and executing automated unit functional and integration tests
Growth mindset and demonstrated emotional intelligence to mentor other developers
