Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect Lead Specialist to guide the design development and implementation of complex technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on expertise in enterprise architecture. The candidate will work closely with project managers stakeholders and development teams to align technical solutions with business goals ensuring scalability security and long-term sustainability.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in system architecture application modernization cloud integration and leading technical teams through full SDLC processes. This role involves both strategic planning and deep technical involvement to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead the architectural design and review of enterprise applications and systems.

Develop architecture roadmaps standards and best practices to guide technical decision making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architecture and implementation plans.

Oversee development teams and provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship.

Conduct feasibility studies solution evaluations and technology assessments.

Ensure system reliability scalability security and performance across platforms.

Work with cross-functional teams to support integration testing and deployment activities.

Create and maintain architecture documentation including diagrams and technical specifications.

Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud migration legacy application transformation and DevOps improvements.

Identify risks propose mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Support troubleshooting performance tuning and production issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications -
12 years of progressive experience in software engineering architecture or technical leadership roles.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF Zachman etc.).

Expertise in application design cloud infrastructure system integration and scalable architecture.

Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks (such as Microservices APIs Containers CI/CD pipelines).

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) and architectural best practices.

Deep understanding of databases networking security protocols and performance optimization.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects end-to-end.

Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline; masters degree is a plus.

Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
