ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Product Marketing Associate will play a hands-on role in driving GTM strategy storytelling and enablement for our AI voice platform. This role requires a resourceful and technically curious marketer who thrives at the intersection of product marketing and sales. The Product Marketing Associate will be responsible for deeply understanding product owning LLM and voice provider partnerships and building compelling narratives that drive adoption and market leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Go-to-Market & Launches: Support product positioning messaging and GTM for new features including announcements enablement and supporting demand-gen campaigns.
Internal Enablement: Equip Sales CS and Support swith the knowledge demo assets and competitive insights needed to confidently represent platform.
Content & Thought Leadership: Produce and support case studies webinars blogs videos and two self-authored thought leadership pieces per week to establish category leadership.
Market & Partner Strategy: Conduct competitor research track AI/LLM trends and manage relationships with LLM and voice infrastructure partners.
Product Fluency & Demo Assets: Develop deep product understanding and partner with the product team to create videos and collateral that clearly translate technical features into customer value.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience: 1-3 years of product marketing solutions marketing or related experience in B2B SaaS (AI ML or voice tech background preferred).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts such as prompting RAG SIP and AI agent workflows; comfortable coordinating with customers running internal demos and explaining how features work.
Content Creation: Proven ability to write clear compelling and technical content across multiple formats.
Market Awareness: Familiarity with AI/LLM trends and competitive dynamics in the enterprise SaaS landscape.
Project Management: Organized and able to manage multiple launches partnerships and content streams simultaneously.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting internally and creating content for external audiences.
