Job Title: Power BI Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BI Specialist to join our team. The BI Specialist will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data management proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update reports and datasets in a timely manner to support decision making across multiple business units.
• Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency by performing data validation and quality checks.
• Build and automate data pipelines to extract transform and load data between internal and 3rd party data sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and correlations that can inform business decisions.
• Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations industry standards and organizational policies.
• Establish data governance frameworks and best practices to govern data usage access and retention.
• Inventory management of domestic and international import programs
• Vendor support and relationship building / new vendor / client implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis database management or related roles.
• Experience working with data integration and business intelligence tools.
• Power BI Azure Data Factory SQL and/or Python experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and analysis.
