HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will work for a fourth-generation privately owned and operated company for over 100 years is New Yorks preeminent provider of plumbing heating & air conditioning fire protection and green solution services.

The HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will oversee all aspects of heating ventilation and air conditioning projects from initial planning and design through to installation and project closeout. This role is crucial to ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

An Ideal HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will have HVAC-specificexperience and good tenure.

HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Role

Perform field coordination of all HVAC trades.
Review material and equipment submittals and release for fabrication.
Prepare and price change order scopes.
Attend on-site job meetings and represent project interests.
Prepare monthly billing and review subcontractor/vendor invoicing.
Draft business correspondence (emails and letters).
Prepare and manage closeout documentation.

HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in HVAC or construction.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and technologies.
