Job Summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Retail & Consumer Goods Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers within a designated field territory and deliver the industrys largest activations and programs. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.

The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of Americas (US and LATAM) based ABM programs working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven multi-channel campaigns events and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires project management skills analytical capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
Design and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns (1:1 1:few) for a select subset of our Americas-based accounts that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
Analyze customer data buying signals and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
Create and implement multi-channel programs (events digital direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes documentation and best practices
Track and report on program performance using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
Manage program budgets effectively demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

Success Measures:
Pipeline influence and revenue contribution from ABM accounts
Account engagement metrics and program ROI
Sales team satisfaction scores
Program execution quality and timeliness

About the team
AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- 5 years of professional marketing experience with demonstrated success in B2B marketing
- 2 years of direct ABM program management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense Demandbase etc.) and marketing analytics tools
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization
- Track record of creating scalable marketing programs that deliver measurable results
- Experience in technology/cloud industry marketing
- MBA or relevant advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
