Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Foreclosure Attorney -Full Time
Location: New York NY 10017
What you will be doing:
Managing real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement.
Drafting and preparing pleadings motions discovery and appeals.
Making state and federal court appearances and mediations.
Performing diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.
Experience you will need:
At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in commercial and real estate litigation.
Legal research and writing skills.
Management experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
Multitasking capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Exceptional analytical organizational and prioritizing skills.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
