Project Manager Senior (Corporate / Workplace Interiors)

Location: New York NY Hybrid Full-time
Salary Range: $110K$140K

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead major workplace interiors projects in New York. This is a leadership role within a thriving corporate interiors studio delivering landmark office spaces across the city.

What youll do

Lead projects from concept through construction managing budgets contracts and schedules
Oversee consultant coordination landlord requirements and DOB compliance
Build and maintain strong client relationships representing the studio in pitches and presentations
Mentor and develop junior staff setting standards across project teams

What were looking for

10 years project management experience with proven delivery of workplace or corporate interiors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Deep knowledge of NYC DOB codes and filing strategies
AutoCAD proficiency; Revit knowledge preferred
Strong track record of managing project profitability
