Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customer service is your second nature: ensure a best in class experience by helping customers with waters running a smooth checkout experience and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances.
- Accurately and efficiently operate the POS system and cash register.
- Maintain the shops aesthetic and create an organized and clean sales floor by folding clothes straightening displays and racks and refilling product.
- Process various forms of payment including cash credit/debit cards gift cards and store credits.
- Handle returns exchanges and refunds according to company policy.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer counting and balancing it at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Bag or package customer purchases carefully and efficiently.
- You create the first and last impression: our customers come to you for a perfect welcome and a seamless finish.
Required Skills
- Can rock a POS system and handle basic computer tasks with ease.
- Know your numbers: you have strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Charming as all get-out you know how to make customers feel like VIPs.
- Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings mornings afternoons evenings late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
