Job Title: Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: New York NY 10016
Schedule: 3 days/week 11.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
Hours: 34.5 hours per week
Pay Rate:
Travel Rate: $3548.50/week
Local Rate: $2829/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Labfor an exciting job in New York NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory including scrub and circulate roles.
Monitor patients hemodynamic status during procedures and assist physicians with interventions.
Perform phlebotomy IV insertion and manage conscious sedation according to clinical protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements for infection control and patient care.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
Proven IV insertion and phlebotomy skills.
Experience with conscious sedation preferred.
Scrub and circulate expertise in a cardiac cath lab setting.
Acute care nursing background with Cardiac Cath Lab exposure required.
Education and Certification:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN ADN) from an accredited program.
Current and active New York State RN license.
Primary Source Verification (PSV) from NYS Department of Education.
Valid AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
