Job Summary
BUYING SPECIALIST
Must be in Central MN or Southern NV and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud MN or Las Vegas NV due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time Sunday Thursday 3:00pm to 12:00am CST and/or Monday & Wednesday Saturday 3:00pm to 12:00am CST
COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $22 $26 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with underwriting and operation teams while growing your career in a dynamic support center.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Review customer financial information to determine account eligibility based on buying standards.
- Analyze credit reports and financial details to assess risk and support purchasing decisions.
- Understand and apply market-specific buying criteria consistently and accurately.
- Make confident well-reasoned decisions on account purchases.
- Validate accuracy and completeness of data in underwriting systems.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School diploma GED or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical thinking time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
Nice to have but not Required!:
- Experience working with credit or loan application reviews.
- Minimum of 2 years in a financial services setting.
- Previous experience in a call center experience.

- Schedule: Full-Time Sunday Thursday 3:00pm to 12:00am CST and/or Monday & Wednesday Saturday 3:00pm to 12:00am CST
- Work Setting: In-Office with flexibility to work hybrid.
