Were looking for an incredible Chief of Staff to help us run sharper move faster and scale the way we work. Youll partner across the company bring focus to the most important problems and create leverage for the team.
Responsibilities
Run internal operations end to end including hiring pipelines finance coordination office management and offsite and event planning.
Talk with users and turn insights into features by partnering with product design engineering and marketing.
Work with counsel on contracts privacy and approvals.
Run the feedback loop across the team align priorities each week and ensure follow-through.
Lead special projects from idea to launch.
Manage vendors and partners negotiate and track deliverables and hold a high bar for quality.
Craft crisp communications for internal and external audiences including docs updates and briefings.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience.
Must be a Bevel user and fluent with consumer health and fitness products.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear structured style.
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Excellent memory and note taking keeping details straight across threads docs and timelines.
Strong project management and organization with a habit of closing loops.
Comfortable working across engineering design product and marketing.
Hands on with hiring pipelines vendor management contracts and basic finance coordination.
High judgment and integrity with a strong bias for action.
